Blue Bird Kaua'i is a coffee trailer owned and operated by Kaua'i grown locals. We serve Hawai'i grown coffee that is flavored with homemade syrups. We also serve sweet and savory muffins with flavors ranging from the traditional Blueberry muffin, to our unique savory Caramelized Onion & Mushroom muffin.
