We are the only Coffee Roaster in Pagosa Springs Colorado roasting only specialty Arabica beans in a high altitude climate. Roasting at 8550’ allows the coffee to be roasted at a lower temperature for a shorter amount of time, which creates a coffee that retains its smooth flavor profile and caffeine content no matter how dark the roast.
